About Me

I’m a second career psychotherapist following more than 15 years of development in corporate wealth management starting as an administrative assistant, then becoming a corporate trainer, and eventually an IT project manger. It wasn’t until I became a dislocated worker during 2010 recession, I claimed my life purpose earning my bachelor’s degree at age 49, and then relocating to NYC where I earned and my masters degree at Fordham University at 50. My second half of life is nothing what I had planned for myself yet building a life of meaning, purpose and life long learning in the most diverse borough in the world, I get to engage with others and help them overcome trauma, neurodiversity, and the overwhelm that comes from life transitions. I am licensed, trained and experienced in helping my clients move through/process their symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD and the traumatic cognitive dissonance that stems from narcissistic, intentional pathological abuse and coercive control.
