The bottom line is that we never felt safe, and we are powerless in making others care for us as we bargain for our worthiness.
A lot of folks have a lot of opinions on how to help that return us to the same cycle…Settling for a sense of control whilst constantly navigating and predicting what everyone else is doing, thinking.
